Client brief:
Aixtron appointed Paramount to undertake the design and build refurbishment of their UK offices at Buckingway Business Park, Swavesey, nr Cambridge. The scope of works included the fitting out of two new office buildings combined with the remodelling of the existing office and production spaces to produce a contemporary facility reflecting the corporate brand included throughout their existing headquarters in Aachen, Germany. Office facilities comprised corporate reception, conference rooms, staff cafeteria facilities as well as open plan office space. Upgrading of the existing production area facilities included phased improvements to ceilings, flooring, partitioning,
power and data installations.
