To create a new UK head quarters for DOW Chemicals. A bright clean open plan environment with glass offices. New desking/seating and storage throughout from Haworth. To create a welcoming break-out space for staff.

Scope of works:
• Complete fit out including. Air conditioning alterations, new partitions, additional lighting, feature lighting, new power and data.
• New internal and external signage
• New coms room/ post room
• New furniture
• Refurbishment of existing seating/conference tables
• New vertical blinds and black-out blinds
