Client brief:
Paramount were initially introduced to the new Cardiff School of Management project by Bowen & Partners (Project Management Services). As part of our consultancy role to UWIC we were to provide design solutions for the academic
work areas and adjacent meeting and breakout spaces. Paramount were later awarded the fit out and furniture contract with UWIC on a competitive tender basis. A key element of the client brief was to achieve the maximum
number of BREEAM points attainable within our scope of the works. Paramount built a very successful working relationship with the client team, project managers and project architects throughout the course of the scheme.
