Client brief:
Barola Property Holdings commissioned Paramount to provide a turnkey design and build solution for the fitting-out of the new headquarters for Bron Afon Community Housing. Paramount's brief encompassed both the refurbishment of Barola's building shell and Bron Afon's fitting-out works, these being undertaken on a phased basis. In addition, Paramount was commissioned to supply Bron Afon with Komfort furniture and to assist in their phased logistical relocation.
