Client brief:
Paramount were commissioned by Burleigh Estates to undertake the refurbishment of the Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors of Park House in central Southampton. Paramount’s brief encompassed the full Cat A refurbishment of the building to allow occupation of the floor space by 400 Capita Symonds staff servicing their partnership with Southampton City Council. Paramount were commissioned under a separate brief by Capita Symonds to provide Komfort workstations, seating and storage and to undertake the logistical relocation of Capita Symonds’ staff.

Client brief:
Paramount was commissioned by Capita Symonds to undertake the fitting-out of the 3rd Floor of Overline House, providing accommodation for 145 staff servicing their partnership with Southampton City Council. Paramount's brief included construction of meeting and ancillary spaces, the provision of Komfort workstations, seating & storage and the logistical relocation of Captia Symonds' staff.
