Client brief:
NR Property commissioned Paramount as design and build contractor for the new development at Paramount Business Park, Cardiff. The brief was to produce a contemporary office space, whilst also achieving a high BREEAM rating. Facilities comprised under croft car parking, cycle park, showers and changing areas as well as external landscaping works.
